About English Education Services (HK)

We are an education service provider that has been working with Munsang College (Primary and Kindergarten sections) since 2003. We provide Native English Teaching Assistants (NETAs) to contribute to their English curriculum and after-school programmes.

It is our aim to improve students' English skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) as well as to increase their confidence and overall interest in English. We believe in the importance of creating a fun and engaging environment in which students will enjoy learning whilst ensuring that lessons have clear, achievable aims for students and our staff to meet.

Kindergarten (approx. 3yrs – 5yrs)

The aim of the kindergarten programme is to provide a bilingual environment in order to give students a solid foundation in English. Our NETAs work as class teachers in conjunction with the local kindergarten teachers and are involved in all areas of the students' education, including all related class administration.

Lower Primary (approx. 6yrs – 8yrs) / Upper Primary (approx. 9yrs – 12yrs)

Each NETA teaches a number of different classes spanning two year groups and is only present for English lessons. These lessons are taught to the whole class and form part of the school's Reading or Speaking Curriculum. The lessons are independently taught by the NETA with the local teacher present.

Becoming a NETA with E.E.S. is an ideal opportunity to:

  • experience teaching if you are thinking of doing a PGCE
  • develop strong EFL teaching skills that can take you around the world
  • live in a foreign country and learn about another culture
  • work with local students and teachers in a school environment
  • develop strong organisation and communication skills
  • enhance your CV by having overseas experience
